NAMGIS

From Planning to Growing

With support from Growcer’s funding services, ‘Namgis First Nation secured $350,000 to launch the ‘Namgis Hydroponic Greenhouse Project. From early planning through to first harvest, Growcer worked alongside the community — providing grant writing assistance, technical support, and hands-on training.

Today, ‘Namgis is not only producing fresh, local food year-round but is also hosting its own training programs to build skills within the community.

The grant writing assistance Growcer provided was a great asset to us in applying for funding and was instrumental in securing $350,000 to bring the ‘Namgis Hydroponic Greenhouse Project to fruition.
